A much slower start this morning – no noise from the Cubs until after 7am!
Fuelled up from breakfast and after a bit of rain, the Cubs piled into the minibus for the quick drive over to canoeing. 8 Cubs per pair of rafted canoes allowed fast movement across the reservoir to complete a scavenger hunt, and there was plenty of opportunity to get wet for those who wanted to.
In the afternoon, the Cubs were making block bots – peeling and sanding small blocks of wood to make robot creatures. Friendship bracelets woven over the last two days could be used for the arms and legs.
Double cake rations today – thank you, parents, for your donations!
After dinner and camp duties, there was some time for a run around with frisbees before songs around the campfire.
